1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website coachedbydagoat.com, purchasing our products or services, or enrolling in any of our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our services.

2. About Us

Coached by Da Goat is a brand of Gifted Financial Services LLC, a registered Credit Repair Organization operating in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We provide financial coaching, money management guidance, credit education and credit repair services designed to help individuals build and improve their credit profiles.

3. Products and Services

We offer the following coaching programs and services:

Personal Trainer of Your Finances — $99/month
A 12-month financial coaching program specializing in money management and credit building. Client executes the monthly action plan with direct coaching guidance from Coach Virgoat. The first month is name your price. Months 2 through 12 are auto-billed at $99 per month. Sponsored credit monitoring is included at no additional cost to client. See Section 5 for full billing and refund details.

Personal Trainer — Free 3 Months Guarantee
In the event Coach Virgoat is unable to identify a minimum of $100 per month in unnecessary spending during the Money Audit call, the first 3 months of the Personal Trainer program will be provided at no cost. Months 4 through 12 are auto-billed at $99 per month. Sponsored credit monitoring is included throughout. See Section 5 for full details.

Goated Inner Circle — $499 to start + 3 quarterly payments of $383
Our elite 12-month coaching and credit repair program. Coach and client execute the monthly action plan together. Includes direct dispute handling by Coach Virgoat, real time negative account tracking, VIP direct phone access, private Telegram group, two monthly one-on-one Zoom calls and pay-after-delete dispute service. Sponsored credit monitoring is included at no additional cost to client. Total investment is $1,648 over 12 months. See Section 6 for full billing details.

4. Right to Cancel — CROA Compliance

As a registered Credit Repair Organization under CROA, we are required to inform you of your right to cancel. You have the right to cancel any agreement with us without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after signing your coaching agreement. To cancel within this period please notify us in writing at support@coachedbydagoat.com. A full refund of any payments made will be issued for cancellations received within the 3 business day period.

5. Personal Trainer Program — Billing and Refund Policy

Billing:
The first month of the Personal Trainer program is name your price with a minimum enrollment amount. Beginning month 2 the program auto-bills at $99 per month on the same date each month. Client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file at all times.

Free 3 Months Guarantee:
Clients who qualify for the Free 3 Months Guarantee will not be charged for months 1 through 3. Auto-billing of $99 per month begins at month 4 automatically. Free months are contingent upon signing the coaching agreement and completing monthly assignments during the free period.

Completion Refund Guarantee:
Clients who complete the full 12-month program or reach their stated credit goal — whichever comes first — are eligible for a full refund of all monthly payments made. To qualify for the refund client must have completed all monthly assignments and followed the action plan as directed throughout the program. Refunds will not be issued for early cancellation, failure to complete monthly assignments or missed payments.

Cancellation Policy:
Client may cancel at any time by providing written notice to support@coachedbydagoat.com with at least 30 days notice before the next billing date. If notice is received less than 21 days before the next scheduled billing date one final billing cycle of $99 will be processed before services cease. Cancellation forfeits the completion refund guarantee.

Non-Payment and Account Suspension:
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date a written notice of failed payment will be sent via email. If payment remains unpaid after 21 days from the original due date the client account will be automatically suspended and coaching services will cease. To reinstate services client must pay all outstanding balances plus a reinstatement fee of $99 totaling $198. Upon reinstatement sponsored credit monitoring will no longer be provided and becomes the client's sole responsibility at their own cost. A new signed agreement is required before services resume.

6. Goated Inner Circle — Billing and Cancellation

Billing Schedule:
Upon enrollment in the Goated Inner Circle the following payment schedule applies:

  • Enrollment: $499 — due at signup

  • Quarter 2: $383 — due 91 days after enrollment

  • Quarter 3: $383 — due 182 days after enrollment

  • Quarter 4: $383 — due 273 days after enrollment

  • Total investment: $1,648 over 12 months

Payments are automatically charged to your payment method on file. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of Inner Circle benefits.

Cancellation:
Client may cancel future quarterly payments by providing written notice to support@coachedbydagoat.com at least 30 days before the next billing date. Cancellation will terminate access to Inner Circle benefits at the end of the current paid period.

7. Sponsored Credit Monitoring

Credit monitoring through SmartCredit is sponsored by Gifted Financial Services LLC and included at no additional cost to clients enrolled in any coaching program. Clients do not pay for monitoring separately. Sponsored monitoring may be deactivated in the event of account suspension due to non-payment as outlined in Section 5. Upon reinstatement after suspension monitoring becomes the client's sole responsibility.

8. Dispute Assistance — Pay After Delete

Dispute assistance is available to Goated Inner Circle clients and operates on a pay-after-delete basis. This means:

  • Client does not pay for dispute work upfront

  • Payment for dispute fees is due within 7 days of confirmed account deletion, correction or removal

  • We do not guarantee removal of any specific account

  • Results vary based on individual credit file circumstances

  • Dispute fees will be communicated to client prior to dispute submission

9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific credit score increases, loan approvals, funding amounts or financial outcomes. Credit repair and building results vary based on individual circumstances including payment history, credit utilization, account age and other factors outside our control. Our services provide education, coaching and guidance — your results depend on your consistent implementation of our recommendations.

10. CROA Disclosure

As a Credit Repair Organization under 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. we are required to inform you that:

  • You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no charge

  • We cannot guarantee the removal of accurate negative information from your credit report

  • You have the right to cancel your agreement within 3 business days of signing without penalty

  • You are entitled to a copy of the Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

11. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Coached by Da Goat you agree to the following:

  • You consent to receive marketing and transactional SMS messages

  • Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our programs

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing messages

  • Reply HELP for assistance

  • Opting out will not affect transactional messages related to your active programs

  • We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes

12. Email Communications

By subscribing to our email list you agree to receive marketing and transactional emails from Coached by Da Goat. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails related to your purchases or active programs.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on coachedbydagoat.com including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, digital products, coaching materials and course content is the intellectual property of Gifted Financial Services LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.

14. User Conduct

By using our services you agree not to:

  • Share, resell or distribute any of our digital products or coaching materials

  • Misrepresent our products or services to others

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Gifted Financial Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gifted Financial Services LLC, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
