1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website coachedbydagoat.com, purchasing our products or services, or enrolling in any of our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our services.
2. About Us
Coached by Da Goat is operated by Gifted Financial Services LLC, a financial coaching and consulting company. We provide credit education, coaching programs and digital products designed to help individuals build and improve their credit profiles.

3. Products and Services
We offer the following products and services:
Credit to Keys Blueprint — $1 A digital download providing a comprehensive credit building roadmap including a 30-Day Credit Move Map, Approval Readiness Checklist, credit report education and funding framework. This is a digital product delivered via email. All sales are final.
Standard Coaching Program — $16 one time A 12-month automated coaching program delivering personalized monthly action plans based on your credit file. Requires active SmartCredit monitoring at $44.99/month paid directly to SmartCredit. The $16 fee is a one time enrollment fee. No refunds after enrollment.
Goated Inner Circle — $299 enrollment + 3 quarterly payments of $383 Our premium 12-month mentorship program including direct access to Coach Virgoat, sponsored SmartCredit monitoring, monthly Zoom calls, VIP phone access, dispute assistance and pay-after-delete service. Total investment is $1,448 over 12 months. See Section 7 for full billing details.
4. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All digital products including the Credit to Keys Blueprint are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads we cannot issue refunds once the product has been delivered. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
5. Coaching Programs — Refund Policy
Standard Coaching Program: The $16 enrollment fee is non-refundable. Results depend on your active participation and maintenance of SmartCredit monitoring. We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or loan approvals.
Goated Inner Circle: The $299 enrollment fee is non-refundable after onboarding has been initiated. Quarterly payments of $383 are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel future quarterly payments by contacting us at support@coachedbydagoat.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. Cancellation will terminate your access to Inner Circle benefits at the end of your current paid period.
6. SmartCredit Monitoring Requirement
Participation in the Standard Coaching Program and Goated Inner Circle requires active SmartCredit monitoring. The $44.99 monthly monitoring fee is paid directly to SmartCredit and is separate from our coaching fees. We receive a referral commission from SmartCredit for referring clients to their service. Failure to maintain active monitoring will pause your coaching program until monitoring is reinstated.
7. Goated Inner Circle Billing Schedule
Upon enrollment in the Goated Inner Circle the following payment schedule applies:
Enrollment: $299 (funnel pricing) or $499 (regular pricing) — due at signup
Quarter 2: $383 — due 91 days after enrollment
Quarter 3: $383 — due 182 days after enrollment
Quarter 4: $383 — due 273 days after enrollment
Total investment: $1,448 (funnel) or $1,648 (regular) over 12 months
Payments are automatically charged to your card on file via Stripe. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of Inner Circle benefits.
8. Dispute Assistance — Pay After Delete
Our dispute assistance service operates on a pay-after-delete basis. This means:
You only pay for successfully removed negative accounts
Payment is due within 7 days of confirmed deletion
We do not guarantee removal of any specific account
Results vary based on individual credit file circumstances
Pricing for individual deletions will be communicated prior to dispute submission
We do not guarantee specific credit score increases, loan approvals, funding amounts or financial outcomes. Credit repair and building results vary based on individual circumstances including payment history, credit utilization, account age and other factors outside our control. Our services provide education and guidance — your results depend on your consistent implementation of our recommendations.
10. Disclaimer
Coached by Da Goat and Gifted Financial Services LLC are not a law firm, credit repair organization as defined under federal or state law, or financial institution. We do not provide legal advice. Our services are educational and coaching in nature. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided through our programs.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Coached by Da Goat you agree to the following:
You consent to receive marketing and transactional SMS messages
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our programs
Message and data rates may apply
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing messages
Reply HELP for assistance
Opting out will not affect transactional messages related to your active programs
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes
12. Email Communications
By subscribing to our email list you agree to receive marketing and transactional emails from Coached by Da Goat. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails related to your purchases.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on coachedbydagoat.com including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, digital products, coaching materials and course content is the intellectual property of Gifted Financial Services LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.
By using our services you agree not to:
Share, resell or distribute any of our digital products or coaching materials
Misrepresent our products or services to others
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law Gifted Financial Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gifted Financial Services LLC, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
